Ahhh, the summer of AAA...I remember it well. When I was 16 I had a Chrysler Newport. We all called it the Big Brown Boat. I'd have to get to school 30 minutes early just so I'd have enough room to manuever into a parking space. It could seat 10 comfortably, and fooling around in the backseat was like being on a twin size bed, but that car was always breaking down. If I slowed down too much the car would stall, so one night I made my friend jump out in front of her house when I dropped her off. Another time, I was driving with 2 of my friends and the power gave out. No steering, no brakes. I came to a stop on someone's front lawn, right in the middle of a flower garden. I knocked on her door to ask if I could use her phone to call AAA, and she was apologizing to ME for the smell in her house because her daughter was giving her a perm! I just ripped up this lady's yard and she's the one apologizing. Go figure.
Ahh..the memories.

Chrysler New Yorker (1991 model). I had so much trouble with the air suspension, transmission, and it used oil the whole time I had it - It was a true lemon.

1984 Audi 4000. It was repair after repair. I owned it for three years and it sat for two and a half of those because I refused to spend any more money on it.

1995 Geo Tracker. I got it my senior year of high school. I actually had to drive around with a blanket with the heat on high because it was so cold.
