Polygamy specifically refers to a man having more than one wife. There is a word for women having more than one husband, but I'm not sure what it is.

Polyamory is being in love with more than one person, poly=many (greek) and amore=love (latin).

That's correct, but I'm told the more accurate word is "polyamory". Google both, but include the word "dictionary" in the search window to get a full explanation and definition.
