It depends how old you are. Don't forget, the tattoo is permanent, and if you get the wrong one in the best spot, you have to live with it for the rest of your life. Wait until you're at least 21. If you are younger than that, use the time to decide what tattoo you will get. Ya got plenty of time.

You should always be certain that you really want a Tattoo,They are very easy to apply,And very difficult to remove.
If you are happy that you want to get the second Tattoo,And you have found the design,Then yes go ahead and get the Tattoo..
