First, deinstall "Norton" completely from your computer and get the free Antivir from http://www.free-av.com -- Antivir is one of the world's best antivirus softwares and absolutely free for private users.

well now u are up s**ts creek. that is very hard to get out if ur software didn't do it. If your good with computers go through ur system and clean it out, or better yet try a system restore, don't know how email me or something and I'll help

go to nortion and download it its free for 90 days and it will remove any virues you may have good luck

try avast home edition it works great for searching and killing viruses/trojans! you can do a "boot-scan" with avast works every time!!! and it all so has a "p2p shield" so it scans all the files you download with p2p programs!!( like limewire, utorrent etc.) and its free!!

and to keep viruses out use a firewall i think : zonealarm is the beast!! it stops all most every thing!!

I would recommend using Lavasoft Ad aware. It is a free program that you can download updates and plug ins.
