can anyone give me list of eu countries with tobacco limits the same as spain when returning to the uk ?

spain currently allows 3200 cigarettes per person.

It's not Spain that allows them but the UK, you don't get stopped etc when leaving Spain, just coming into the UK, and the rules are the same for ALL EU countries. The limits are set by the country you are ENTERING.
