She walked into a random hair salon, told the stylist to shave her head, the stylist refused, and then the Pop-tart grabbed the razor and started to do it herself.
Why she shaved? Who knows. Maybe she caught head lice from Paris.

Apparently, Britney went to a salon in LA, knocked on the door (they were closing) and asked to come in. She sat in the chair and asked a stylist to shave her head. When the stylist refused, she went to the back of the salon, found a pair of clippers and started doing it herself. They said she didnt seem high or drunk, just very monotone and emotionless. Afterwards, she headed to a tattoo parlor and got 3 tattos - 2 lips on her wrist and something on her hip.

She went nuts!....if u want to see click on the link...she probably got tired of hearing about her going to rehab for 2 whole days then taking off so she did this to give everyone something different to talk about,you know what they say any publicity is good publicity!
