I am taking sociology as well. All this is in the standard sociology textbook under the heading of socialization, about the 3rd chapter in from the beginning.

You will learn if you do your own homework instead of asking us.

Inhumane is Psychological Term. "Inhumane" describes a person's "Individual" behavior or attitude. Psychology is the study of "Individual behavior or attitudes." Sociological terms are terms that descirbe behavior between "persons" "group of persons" or Organizational Behavior. If your essay has to include the concept of "Inhumane", you can still do it, but DO THIS; attach it to a Sociological Issue, for example; "Is it Inhumane (Psych Term) for an organization to lay off older workers to hire young ones and pay them less? (Organizational Behavior)?
