What is the best form of birth control to use that will not make me gain weight of acne? I do not want to use the Coil or Injection
I have heard of the Patch - is that any good?

Every form of birth control has different effects on different people. Whats good for one person, may not be good for another... BUT..
I'm on the patch - its great!! I went to the doctors, and went through the options with them... and been using it for a year, with no problems... no weight gain, easy to remember to replace... no long term negative effects (other than increase breast, and sex drive - no complaints there!)

There's not really much difference between using patches, injections or the pill - they all work by changing the balance of hormones. Some women react to the changed levels by getting acne or putting on weight. If you want to use one of these methods, it's a case of finding the one that best suits you. It might be a case of trial and error. Only your doc can help with that.

I'm on the pill and have been for years. It did not make me gain weight or give me acne. These are questions for your doctor my dear...

there is a pill that doesnt cause spots ask the gp, havnt ever used the patch, the implant is good ive heard
