I need to find out this. I was told I needed to get shots and stuff befor I go and I dont have time to

It is good to be safe than sorry. There can be lots of exposure to various diseases or viruses because you will be in contact with so many people and different environment.

Pretty easy I went on a cruise and I got sick the third day in I was vomiting everywhere!!

The best way not to end up with a bad cruise is to always wash your hands. Now a day, the ships have hand sanatizers all over, use them

Sea sick or "bug" sick. Both are easy but I agree with the others... wash your hands A LOT, and LOOK at your glass / cup before drinking out of it and polish your cutlery.
If you are prone to motion sickness, use the patch.

i don't think you need to. you might want to get some pills or something but i don't think you need to get shots though. i went on a short cruise once and i got a headache without any pills taken but i took a pill and i was fine.
