India is incredible, and vast.
first you plan to see where you want to go South or North
or East ( for the West is much easier to reach from South to
North or North to South)

South within 21 days you will able to cover TamilNadu/Kerala/
Karnataka... and with another 5 days to cover Andhra.

North if you Reach Delhi you have many tours available to almost
all northern part of India.

So you can land in Delhi take the tours, travel to Mumbai cover the West then via Karnataka (south) or Andhra Your can go to
Kerala or Tamil Nadu.. or the other way around if you first land
in the South.

East is some what remote it looks, but the real natural unspoilt
beauty is over there too.
If you want cover East better you land first in Kolkata.
