Just as Ag2+ equals AgNO3, what does Cu2+ equal?

First off is Ag+1, in AgNO3.

So it's Cu(NO3)2

You can not use the term equal here.
Ag is +1 in AgNO3, NO3 is -1
Cu+2 can make a nitrate, Cu(NO3)2
