It went to get the Shiite prez and his crew laid by Bush's daughters. For two reasons...... 1> They are so ugly that they have to sneak up on women to get any and 2> It was a great way to get kickbacks to W.
No actually it went to some of the mercenaries over in Iraq to pay them to plant WMD evidence in Iraq so that it can then be "discovered" by unsuspecting American Troops and thereby covering W's butt about his "bad intelligence".

I downloaded a picture marked forbidden. It is super secret. Most people in Baghdad have no idea of what it is being built.
It is the largest ever American embassy. When completed it will be larger then Vatican City, staff 5,500. personnel plus it's own police force, maintenance, technicians, cleaning staff etc. It will be 100% self contained with it's own water and electric systems. There will also be a deep bunker basement and be hardened. It boasts being able to survive a direct nuclear blast.This "embassy will be home to the 4 major oil companies that just arm twisted the drilling rights and most of the profit from Iraq in contracts leaving them the right to plunder Iraq for at least the next 30 years.
So all the deaths and the total destruction of an already traumatized nation was not in vain. The poor American oil co.'s were only making profits in the 40 to 60 BILLION per year and thy were feeling insecure. Aren't you glad U.S. oil can sleep better?...Mary

I guess the same thing that happened to the money that was stolen by the democrats in Louisiana after Katrina. Maybe you could look in one of the Republicans freezers?
