Tiffany, Stay away from the Ouija board. It is not safe. You should not use it. Please throw it away. There is great harm in playing games that involve a form of divination or in seeking the meaning of something that seems to be an omen of good. Read in the Bible, Duet.18:10-12: "There should not be found in you anyone who...employs divination, a practice of magic or anyone who looks for omens or a sorcerer, or one who binds others with a spell or anyone who consults a spirit medium or a professional foreteller of events or anyone who inquires of the dead. For everybody doing these things is something detestable to God."
All these practices are an invitation to communication with or possession by unclean spirits, or demons. Engaging in such things would be gross unfaithfulness toward God. Seriously think about this. God Bless.

When me and my friends used to play with one, it would always move around and answer questions for us, but we always thought that one of us was moving it around even though no one would ever admit it. A few times some wierd things happened like our candle blew out for no reason or we would feel like a really cold wind even though we were inside. Nothing bad ever happened though. They say never use a ouija board alone though as bad things can happen but that is just something I have heard. Good luck to you.

No. Nothing with the board. But the board served as a doorway to other things. Don't use it. The fact that you use the word 'play' in referring to device that, if used carelessly, can be dangerous, indicates to me that you probably should leave it alone. I don't personally believe that it is a doorway to the spirit world. On the contrary, I believe it is a doorway to our own subconscious: a place which can be far scarier than any realm beyond the infernal gates.

I have two cousins, one more fearless like me, and the other more hesitant. When I "played" the OB with my "fearless" cousin, we talked to all sorts of people. When the three of us played with it, it didn't seem to work as well but we still communicated with someone or something. When I played it with my more hesitant/skeptical cousin, the planchette moved very little and we both got bored very quickly.
I think the state of mind of the people playing determines the outcome of the OB. When I played with my more intrepid cousin we talked to so many people. We probably could have talked to Elvis or Jimmy Hoffa if we wanted to. I remember pretty clearly we talked to a laborer who lived in early 20th century Chicago and died of a work related accident. Most of our "communications" went amicably but toward the end of our last session, it told us that Satan was watching us, be careful, or something along those lines. We haven't used it since but that scared us a little.

It helped me find my moms glasses one day. She had been looking everywhere...I ask the ouija board where they were and it told me on top of the bed...and they were there. Mother was not playing with us and now she belives...and I think she hide it from us after that.

Nothing happened when I played with my friends in High School a couple of years back....Maybe the spirits were napping at the time...but if I were you, I'd be careful....you don't want to call the spirit of some mass murderer, do you? 'Course not....so be super careful...call Anna Nicole Smith's so we can really know what happened....

Even though I have been tempted to play Ouija, I never did.
I guess it's all psychological.

I used to do one with one of my cousins when we were little. She always did the spooky things, and I'm pretty sure she was the one moving the thingy around.
