I WAS a walking zombie - when I was on interferon treatment for hepatitis c. The first treatment was for 11 months, but I relapsed and had to do it again. The second time was for 11 months, but the dosage was much stronger, and after 10 months, I really did become a zombie. I fell asleep on a Thrusday and woke up in my psychiatrist's office on Friday afternoon. (You have to see shrink when you go on this stuff, 1 out of 100 commit suicide.) Apparently, I became catatonic, and my subconscience must have known I needed help, because I tried to drive while in a semi-coma. I almost made it, too. The doctor is about 5 miles from my house, I madeit all the way to the street the doctor was on before I crashed my car. Really tore up the front end - lucky I didn't swerve into oncoming traffic. Then I walked to his office and just sat in the waiting room. From Thursday night, the first thing I remember was the doctor asking me what month it was. I didn't even know what year it was. I blacked out again and the next thing I remember I was in the hospital with 5 doctors hovering around me. I had to stay there for 5 days. I was forced to quit taking the medicine, so I still have the virus, and I'll have to try another 11 months of treatment next year. You should google the side effects of hepatitis c treatments. On a scale from 1 to 10, the doc said my side effects were 11.

lol interesting. I've never felt like a zombie as much as I did last week at a football match, when everyone was stark raving mad and cheering like there's no tomorrow and I was simply sitting there with the newspaper. Felt like everyone was alive and I was dead

The toughest one was when I realized once that a person I cared for quite a lot, genuinely didn't care for me back. I remember laying on my bed, face down, sinking through the bed and the floor and downwards all the way to Australia, and literally feeling like there's nothing to anything whatsoever.
(Ok, so technically, I wasn't a walking zombie but a laying one.)

certain, and so that they vote. case in point, a lady in Wall Mart needs to purchase a nil.5 dozen eggs from the keep, and the eggs are marked for sale--purchase 6 or 12 or 24. The clerk tells the female "sorry we in trouble-free terms promote 6-12-or 24. They walk among us.
