If you have done a study on violent crime, and that was the answer you got to, then it would not be racist to say it.
If it is based on facts that you have accumulated, or have read up on it, and it has been proven as truth, then it is perfectly alright to say so. Although, you could say "african american" and "caucasian" to stave off any particularly politically correct individuals who will cause a stink no matter when you say.

No if ur basing your comment on statistics. Legally .....If there is no proof there is no crime. Then again there are many factors how many offenders are truly guilty and not a real mistake. There have been many convicts found innocent after serving years in the penn. How do you know they werent there as some political wich hunt for advancement by the prosecuting DA or a bad defence lawyer? so what will that do to the statistics?

Its not racist it is ,however, incorrect. Do some more research and you will see that "whites" commit more violent crimes than blacks. Your tv wants you to believe that blacks commit more crimes but thats not true, there are more whites in jail than blacks and thats a fact.

That depends on if it is being said from fact or from an opinion that stems from ones personal feelings about a particular race. By the way, did you know that most serial killers are white, and I don't know if there are very many black ones, if any.

No, I don't think it is racist if you are stating a fact. If you go by penitentiary statistics...over 80% of the prison population is African American..however, I don't know how the percentages for violent/non-violent crimes.

It is statistically true per capita, so no it is not racist to say. I think it has to do with urban drug culture and music that's been hyper-injected with violence and testosterone... and more specifically, a way for black men to control black women rather than losing them to white men with more money, which would be more logical for the black womens' own genes prosperous survival.

No its not, its backed by data.... however, how that data is collected, the fact that blacks are more likely to live in areas with high levels of police enforcement, the fact that they tend to live in communities of high density (I.e. everyone is in everyone else's buisness), and even the recording practices of "tough side of town" cops versus the "suburban" cops are different all can increase the amount of data on blacks and ignore the violence of whites.

If you're a racist.... yes. Because then, you would be using the statement to exercise your nature.

Racism is not just about what you say, it's about the prejudiced irrational hate that you may hold as your basic disposition towards members of a particular race, ethnic background, religion, nationality, etc.

Otherwise, if that statement were statistically true, then it would be just a fact and in theory race wouldn't have anything to do with it.

that is no longer racist. who informed you it became into? it is likewise no longer racist to declare that black human beings, on common, have lots decrease IQs than the different race. and no, 'historic, social, political, economic motives' don't have something to do with it. 'the legacy of slavery' motives a black individual to dedicate violence? 'howdy guy, why did you shoot the clerk once you have been robbing that place?' 'we became into slaves, guy! i had to shoot him!' ?
