I had asked a question earlier about being dizzy? But it is actually the feeling you get when you feel like you are about to pass out. I was on a diet pill for awhile but started having this feeling after being off of it for about a week so I really dont think it was the diet pill. It doesnt happen all the time. I can feel fine one day then the next have the feeling all day long.

Could be low bp or low blood sugar. Try taking a candybar or something sweet when you feel the dizzy sensation. see if you feel a little better. You could just have low blood sugar. Also you could be suffering from dehydration. You could also be burning protein and that can contribute to the dizzy feeling. Solution #1 : try something sweet. If doesn't help, ask your self ok. when was the last time I ate something with sodium? If you are having a difficult time remembering, then go for something semi salty ( like gatorade, or the other brands). Hope this helps.

Are you thin and trying to get thinner? Vitamins and a well balanced eating plan and no diet pills should take care of the problem. If you are actually overweight and trying to lose weight, simply use portion control and eat about 5 small meals a day to keep yourself healthy.

Take a multivitamin morning and night to offset and unbalanced diet.

Lots of water . When I was very thin and young I had the same problems.

low blood pressure or hypotension is normally inherited from ur parents or grandparents.u've to check with ur DR first b4 u confirmed it.basically u need exercise 4 ur lungs breathing faster,eat some salty food to build up ur blood pressure n u need more rest as well as eat better food,don't over exert urself too much on ur work(u feel dizzy) n sleep well everyday.take care.

Consume more salt.it will raise your B.P. there might be side affect of the diet pill if you have taken without consulting a doctor

Liquids (water and drinks with CO2,like limonades) are good for low blood pressure.
