I have a very beautiful winter white wedding gown, the problem is that is only a size 4, I have never worn it the price tags are still on it. It has a 5ft train, long Victorian style sleves and I have the whole set up, bra, veil, slip and gown. The price tag on the dress alone is 800.00, I have tried Ebay and other various methods but have been unsuccessful at getting it sold because of the size. The dress was to big for me, but I did not have it altered. Please help, I really want to get rid of this dress.

If eBay is not working you could check with local bridal stores and see if they will take it on consignment. There are also consignments stores that might take it.

Will the place you bought it from buy it back at some percentage of the original cost?

Thats odd that it didnt sell on E-bay. A size 4 I thought was a common size. Is it too small or something? If you have never worn it maybe someday you will?? If you cant sell it on E-bay hang on to it because you might have a friend or someones daughter etc. that you can give it to or sell it to for really cheap. You can try the classifieds, craigslist.com, or even take it to a place buys and sells old clothing. YOu can get store credit or cash (which they dont give very much) I've sold 4 or 5 expenisive pairs of jeans and only got $40.00. You can also try a place where they have fairs and booths or a flea market! Good luck

try a consignment store. i know it sounds like it's a place for old people or something, but you can find a lot of great things there. but they will accept just about anything, if you can't find a consignment store, try a boutique that takes gently used clothes.

I would keep trying eBay and maybe put it in the classifieds in you newspaper. maybe even a resale shop, even though they probably wont give you what you want for it

You need to bring the price down, then you'll sell it.
