Nancy Pelosi and crew now control congress. But in the past few weeks we have seen nothing but political grand standing and non-binding resolutions, further dividing the country. I thought the democratic controlled house and senate would do something more constructive than what they have accomplished in the past month and a half. Is this really giving the Citizen of the United States what they want?

Maybe not what it wants but what it deserves. These Democrats had only ONE, and maybe TWO things on their agenda when they were the minority in congress. "Cut & run" from Iraq and impeach president Bush. Do you KNOW of anything else they publicly stated in these 6 years of the Bush administration? Have they introduced even ONE rational solution to our problems in social security, health care, immigration, or any of the other items? No, they have only poo pooed anything the Republicans suggested and thrown insults and mud at their Republican opposition. Now, the American people have these 0 negative bleeding heart left wingers in power and will get exactly what it deserves. God help us!

LOL she didn't make Ameica hate the war. So they are not dividing america, this war is. now you can blame that one on dems too, i have seen it. Since half of the minority voted to go to war in Iraq, it is thier fault...not Bush's. And his admin. calling dems terrorists was really uniting the country too, right? yes, she is giving america what they want...a New Direction in Iraq instead of stay the course, a new leader for the troops (since rumsfeld, the great divider, was a complete failuire) and somne attention stateside. Thanks dems! As an independent, I am glad I voted for you!

The trio that you mentioned need to step down because they have done great damage and have given terrorists the chance to break through again and it's not how but when. Terrorists are terrorists and that doesn't change they want to destroy the U.S.A. and these guys are opening the doors up wide for this to happen and it will this is their goal.

Hahahahaha!!! They have been in session for a month and a half. The Republican Congress was in session for six years and did nothing except agree to everything Bush wanted, which resulted in the catastrophe we are now involved in.
