I think it may be a subconscious act which may indicate your need to have order and clearly defined parameters in your life. When I doodle squares and boxes, I like to make sure that all the corners are 'closed' and not left open! Weird huh?

It's believed that if you draw in boxes and squares that you are in some way trapped. This can be interpreted in many ways. Have a think about your life and if there's anything that you'd like to change. Hope this helps!

I would take it to mean you are not very flexible. When I draw squares or boxes I make the 3-D, not flat. I would also think you are very neat and organized.

i think its because you do feel restricted and possibly a bit uptight i would try and relax more take time to sit and do nothing even for 5 mins!
