There is so much evidence to show the Apollo moon landing is a hoax here are a couple of examples flag blowing odd shadows that show studio lighting and the coke bottle. I believe space exploration may lead to information on how life started on Earth so what happend to the billions spent if the project was a hoax. By the way if ever a question deserved a star this is it pun intended British humour i hope you Americans get irony

We walked on the moon.

The "Proof" that the conspiracy theorists so desperately cling to was discredited years ago, but they like to ignore the facts, as they get in the way of their paranoid delusions.

A while back, FOX news aired a TV special siting most of the "Proof" that has been offered that the moon landing was faked. An excellent refutation of that "Proof" is at the URL below:

Fox TV and the Apollo Moon Hoax

Wikipedia has an article on the topic as well:

Most Conspiracy Theorists are in reality trying to prop up sagging and deflated self esteem by convincing themselves that they know things which others do not. The psychology of those who tend to gravitate towards these groups is fascinating.

Apparently, you are the one bringing out this old story for this hour, joining the ranks of uneducated who would swallow that trash from historical revisionists (on average, this question is asked at least twice a day that I can see, so it probably gets asked once an hour).
There is NO EVIDENCE that the Apollo mission was a hoax, except forged ones, or the result of misinterpretation of event by people with very limited scientific knowledge who would probably maintain that the earth is flat if left to their own devise.
In the 1960's, the US was at a space war against the USSR to be first on the moon, and Russia had both the capability AND the motive to prove the US landing was fake if it was, as it would have shamed the US and allowed them to first for real. Russia didn't even attempt to show it was staged. Why? Because it was real and they KNEW it.
The flag is not blowing, it is wrinkled. If it was blowing, then how come it was allegedly done indoors? Heard of wind inside a warehouse before?
So my advise for you is to do a little SERIOUS research and find one of those many sites that tear all those hoax arguments to shred. Perhaps you can learn something at the same time, and get some education with real science instead of swallowing that silly conspiracy theory.
Oh, and before you even think of claiming that I am all saying that only because I am an American, well, I am not an American.

It was done. I was 15 back then and I and everyone else on this planet were mesmerised when Neil Armstrong took that 'giant leap for Mankind.' Now, years afterward, there are the doubters, the detractors, and the rest. The Russians, or the Brits, or the Australians, or the Chinese, would have cried foul if Apollo 11 had not touched down. The reflector which they placed on the moon which astronomers to this day bounce a signal off of did not just materialise and place itself at just the right angle,...I could go on, but what's the point. It happened.

I think you answered the question for yourself: why spend all that money and not go through with it??? People love, and I really do mean LOVE controversy, and some will go to extreme lengths to prove them. Just like 99.999999999% of the other fake government conspiracies, this is just more water under the bridge.

Of course we made it to the moon, they are even talking about doing it again. As for the flag blowing, I have never seen that nor the coke bottle. But the shadows and lighting, well can anyone really tell you what it is like on the moon??? (except the few that have walked its surface). Not to mention, the numerous times we were there and the hours of footageof guys boucing arround awkwardly and driving that funny car arround.

Yes we went to the moon. Humans just kick that much @$$.

True, the moon landing looks more like a hoax as the years pass on. The reason for the great hoax, of course, was we were losing to the Russians in the space race. They were ahead of us, not far ahead but ahead nevertheless. They sent astronauts in space before we did, and they were pouring in a lot of money into their space program as well as their nuclear weapons program. End result - collapse of the iron curtain. Anyway, according to those who believe the landing was fake they attribute the Hollywood like production to Hollywood director Stanley Kuberick, Clockwork Orange, fame. If one were to simply look at the facts, the moon is 250,000 miles from earth, to get there in such a short time and to land on the moon surface would have been an extremely, extremely dangerous adventure.

The moonwalk or backslide is a dance technique that presents the illusion that the dancer is stepping forward while actually moving backward, giving the appearance of a person moving along a conveyor belt. To walk on the moon's surface, you have to get used to the reduced gravity. You can walk like jumping only

Dude, you need to stop believing that all major events are hoaxes. Someone out there will say something is a hoax. I could go around saying "Yahoo! Answers never really existed! Yahoo just wanted to scare AOL into making one!"
Everyone on here would say "Hey, I was ON Y!A and know it exists" but someone would still think it's a hoax.

Your question on the holocaust was just disgusting. No it was not a hoax!! You need to go get your education!

Actually, I think it was a bit of both. Where did the moon rocks come from?
I feel they got to the moon. There was too much telemetry from other countries, and the Russians would have laughed much too hard to escape others attentions when they discovered the hoax. And something that massive would have gotten out of control.
No, my friend, we did get there. Bureaucracy keeps us from going back.
it's a bit like building Hoover dam here in the states.
It was done by determination of someone who can no longer get it done.
Today, they couldn't build it because of too many people in the way.

'We' did not. but a couple of lucky astronauts did walk on the moon. It would be impossible for one nation to pull off a hoax like a moon landing. Even given the level of space technology available in the 60's and 70's. Add to that, everyone (or practically) everyone was paying close attention to the event, it would have been impossible to fake the whole thing.

Yes, humans were on the Moon. All that "evidence" has explanations. The flag was waving because it was being moved. The shadows were caused by the position of the sun. If the US did not land on the Moon, the USSR would have let the whole world know.
