why do you have enough time to ask this question?

Some people just want to spout off at the mouth with their answers and questions, but I am actually trying to give sound advice and maybe help someone have a better day. Why do you have time to ask these questions?

I answer questions during my work breaks and when I have some down time. I find it therapeutic and fun. I like the fact that I may actually help someone out! I don't have a lot of $ to give someone, but perhaps I can give something more valuable than money alone....my time!

I can't answer for others, but I'm retired and spending an hour or so a day answering sensible questions is not an unreasonable use of my time. How 'bout you -what's your excuse?

Sometimes you have a slow day waiting for work to come in, nothing else to do but blog and answer questions on here. Plus it is fun sometimes, so why not.

'cos so much time is spent working doing jobs that are just plain dull, whereas Yahoo Answers gives one the opportunity to be expressive and learn - employers take note!

The "why", has an easy answer: They ( we - not to exclude myself) have nothing better to do at that specific moment.

The "how" is that is making me, personally, wonder!

As you see I am member since 2005 and my score is way lower that participants of.. 2007.

When you wake up at 4am and your day doesn't start until 8am you have spare time. And I like it.
