Jeffrey Parazzo (born March 29, 1978) is a Canadian actor of Filipino and New Zealander heritage. He was born in Toronto, Ontario. He originally auditioned for the role of the Blue Dino Ranger but was thought to fit better as the mysterious White Ranger. He later voiced Tommy Oliver/Black Brachio Ranger in the Power Rangers: SPD team up episode "Wormhole"
