Getting lube is a good start. Both you and he need to be relaxed and prepared to take each other's feelings and comfort into account. Don't be afraid to talk to him about what you would prefer. Always use protection, make sure he has a condom.

Buy lube if u want. First time may not be all that enjoyable (could hurt a bit)-not too mush. Don't have too high expectations. Lube might be a good idea. Other than that, just try to relax and enjoy. The more relaxed u r, the more u will enjoy. Experience will also make it better as u go along.

Tell him it will be your first time. He can walk you through a lot of it. Lube never hurts but it isn't nessecary. But the best advice I'd give you is to lay off the pressure. Just let things evolve as they will and don't be afraid to back off if you feel uncomfortable or unready. Since this is your first time, it may not be the mindblowing experience that it will be as you gain experience.
As for preperation . . . read some cosmo, do some kegel exercises, and practice the art of self-pleasure (if you know what you like then you can tell him what you like).
Hope this helps

you should be honest with him. don't do it if he's not the one for you. but since your a virgin or whatever...it is going to hurt just being honest. a lot of lube will do some good tell..tell him to strap up cuz your in for a long ride. :)

Excuse me, but why didn't you ever tell him you were a virgin? I mean, he is your boyfriend. Well, just pray he doesn't get upset that you didn't tell him the whole truth. The first time will hurt a bit, but after wards it gets better. P.S. Even if you don't tell him you're a virgin, he'll "feel" it. I mean, men aren't that stupid.

Danielle...are you sure you want to give away your virginity?...You can never get it back...If you feel he's the right one...why are you not married?...If he hasn't asked you to be his wife...how can he be the right person to give something as precious as your virginity to?...Don't you want to be able to present yourself to your future husband....whole and pure....not having given little pieces of yourself away? Please think about this before you do this. Good luck.

tell him... and ask him to be gentle... most guys would be glad to oblige. first time, I reccomend classic missionary.... and don't expect to orgasm through only intercourse... you'll probably need manual stimulation to finish...
oh... and I must say this... I recommend waiting until after marriage, but I'm not your father... do what you will.
