i have a freind who i beleive can help alot of people with weight problems, self esteem, and teach them how to lose weigh feel better and live a healthy life. if she were to answer questions on here could she put her email address in so anyone looking for help can contact her?

some people do put their email addressess down for people to contact them but if she joined on here she could have her email address visable so people can contact her or instant message it's just that some people choose not to show their details but get her permission first otherwise you might not have a friend in her anymore

No - you must not disclose your mates e-mail address online! Its an invasion of privacy.
If she chooses to then its up to her.
A better way would be for her to get a blog, and answer q's about weight loss etc.
If someone gives you their e-mail address you are supposed to treat it as confidential. Not publish it or give it out.

If the digital mail isn't already erased or deleted thoroughly, bypass into your junk mail document and mark that self sufficient mail as "no longer junk mail." Going forward you will proceed to acquire digital mail from that distinctive handle.
