Everything in this world is multi-factorial. There will be many factors for getting chubby cheeks.
1. Genetic factor. This you cannot change.
2. Take good food in sufficient quantities. A balanced diet containing all nutrients required for body, like proteins, vitamins, minerals etc. Don't forget to take milk, leafy vegetables, protein rich food, germinated seeds and especially fruits. But, also keep in mind ,the Cholesterol factor and calorie intake also in case you are diabetic and/or hypertensive.
3. Do moderate exercises daily.
4. Have sufficient sleep
5. Relax and keep your keep mind active, at least a little bit cheerful and positive.

Wait for a few months and not only you can have chubby cheeks (how much, varies from person to person), you can have all round health and radiant appearance.

Drink 1 full glass of juice every morning consisting of fruits and vegetables like carrot, pudhina, amla, tomato, beat, apple, watermelon as per the availability of things available in particular seasons.
The only thing which make cheeks red and chubby is coolness to it and so include the cool factor in ur diet, it works!!

Eat,Eat,eat,eat loads of Fatty food.
u'll get chubby ones like mine....................
