I saw a video of a bald black man breaking a 6"x6" board with just two fingers! the video was really poor quality and it has since been removed from the web. just wondering if anyone else saw this or heard of anything like this. I am very intrigued! if this was real it was quite a feat!

And a big thank you! to all the 13 year old vampires and soccer mom witches but i could go without your theories on this one!

As someone that has been involved with the marital arts for over 30 years I am familiar with Dim Mak and while I do not practice it myself, I have known some that have. The breaking of boards in the manner you describe is not unique to that practice. I have seen many martial artists do such things who had never studied Dim Mak. Essentially the use of Dim Mak, true Dim Mak, involves the manipulation of certain vital energy points (the same points used in accupuncture and accupressure actually) on the human body to interrupt the flow of what martial artists call Chi (Qi, Ki depending on language) in such a way that this energy cannot get to all the places necessary for it to get to to keep a person alive and they die, sometimes instantly, sometimes after many days or weeks, depending on how long it take for that interruption to become fatal. Essentially, Dim Mak is the opposite of accupuncture, it destroys rather than heals.

That is how it was explained to me by a master many years ago, well, through my interpretor anyway.
