yes it is very good. It's decently fast and cost barely nothing at all. It's also safe and you should really enjoy it.

I had NetZero for about 2 years. For a dial-up service I loved them! They were much better than AOL, and when I called to cancel they were very pleasant -- nothing like AOL customer service reps. I'd still have it if I didn't switch to DSL.

I've had so many problems with that service Have not been able to access anytning for weeks. and I call everyday and they have not been able to come up with any viable solutions. Today it's working for the first time but how long. This is not a good sevice Hardly a signal

I couldn't wait to get rid of Netzero. I think all dial-up stinks. I'm so glad I switched to DSL.

i used to use it when i lived in the dorms. it was free back then for unlimited hrs. since hten i think they have gone to free 10 hrs or less. that sucks

I USED to have netzero.
it's not horrible, it's not bad. I would reccomend something like charter, but that's just my opinion.

net zero is a multi level isp, you pay for what service you want
