It is a truism that the hardest thing to stop is somebody who is willing to die in their efforts to kill others. Especially when the killing is indescriminate.

My brother who was in the Army (Ranger, Special Forces, Special Ops) told me that if someone really wanted you dead, and did not care if they died themselves, chances are good that that person will succeed.

It is significantly easier to defend against people who want to stay alive.

There is no tight security. The politicians always tell lies to distract people. In fact we don't have enough policeman to give tight security to people in general. The ISI has a full net work and many muslims are also involved with ISI. The illetrate hungry muslim boys are lured with temptation of money and luxury by the ISI and afine net work is functioning .The arms cache is also heavy. The police even if they know are not in aposition to act without the intereference of alocal politician.
So bomb blasts will continue and people will kep dieing

It is said that the crime is already "committed" in the minds of the person/s who intends to commit it.He/She/they merely executes the crime. At execution level, does the plan, resources, determination & tact comes into play. Here is also where the counter-strategey of any security apparatus is laid. So, u can see,in a way ,a perpatrator accomlishes his goal well before the security establishment does, when he conceives it in his mind. Also, even if an act of crime/terror is averted & sabotaged, there can be no room for complacency, for, the crime is already concived & commited in the mind,as said above, and chances of re-execution of his earlier conception is rather bright .Am not suggeting inaction on part of our security personnel, but opining that there is a need to look at the broader picture: creating a world order where few people come to the 'conclusion' that armed struggle is the only means to achive their ends.Endevour in this direction alongside improving the existing security setup should see the earth with little sufferings from acts of crime/ terror.

A batmen will watch the bowler for a few over; but the bowler will be watching batsman all the time he plays. It takes a few seconds for a thief to thieve but for the watchman, he has to be ever watchful to outwit the thief.

Govt. can NOT check each and every person at all times. Mistakes will happen at all times. Govt. can not check each and every 2 wheeler for helmet etc.
Security guard can NOT be alert at all times. It is boring duty. Duties of guard should be part time, say for 4 hours. In boring duty of 8 hours, any can sleep.
