Depends on how far from the city on Bgh rd u go..

Bilekahalli would cost u abt 10K a month for a 2-bed flat
Arekere might need 8K.

The rates also vary according to new / old construction and proximity to the main road/ bus stop/ shops, etc.

Remember, that in Bangalore, u might have to shell out almost a lakh as deposit money.

Bannerghatta road stretches almost from Dairy circle to Bannerghatta itself. But to consider the costliest part, take the stretch from Jayanagar 9th block to IIM-B or a couple of kms beyond.

* Rs.5500 for 1 BHK
* Rs.10000 for 2 BHK

This might vary on the following conditions.
* Car park
* Security (Community Ghoorkha)
* Water Supply
* Main Road accessibility
* Floor of the flat
* Family or Bachelor accomodations
* Recommendation by a common friend/relative
