We will be spending 3 nights in Lisbon. Would be great if some one could suggest places to see around. Definately museums are not preferred on my travel list.

Thanks in advance.

Jeronimo's Monastery, Belem Tower, Parque das Nacoes, roman ruines, downtown, Bairro Alto for some fun at night, I also recomend a visit to Cascais and Sintra (two cities near Lisbon).
And this site is very helpful:

I suppose downtown could be interesting and you do have the Castle of São Jorge there. While you're there, maybe you could visit the Oceanário (a big aquarium, very nice) and the zoo which is one of the oldest in the world, you should go to Bairro Alto to dine and watch a fado show, you could also go to the Casino do Estoril if you like gaming and casino shows, and you should definitely visit Sintra as well. Also visit the Monastery of Jerónimos and the Tower of Belém, both connected to the discoveries. Hope you have a nice vacation.

Mig mentioned it completely! provide him the ten factors. That "Johnthecool" is quite humorous; calling Jeronimos a "church"... LMAO! Jeronimos is an historical monastery, categorised by ability of UNESCO as international's cultural background... (just to point olny 2 issues...) He pronounced additionally a huge "aquarium"... lol lower back! that is greater valuable than that: an OCEANARIUM. between the main important in the international! (bill Gates visits it always together with his son. actual!) that is referred to as the "Oceanário de Lisboa" and is located in eastern component of Lisbon, referred to as Parque das Nações, the former Expo-ninety 8, the place the form occurred. that's a sturdy place to bypass, a great number of things of interest, bars, discos (sturdy at evening additionally) and procuring. you are able to bypass there by ability of motor vehicle, yet in addition by ability of subway or bus. Boa viagem!
