Black History Month (the proper name) has created a lot of interest, but has only tipped the surface of "great" people. I agree - I think everyone in their own way makes a contribution and can make a difference. The obvious two choices are Martin Luther King Jr. and Malcolm X.

I would say to me, it's my father, who was the first Black manager Proctor and Gamble ever had. He paved the way for alot of people, and helped write policy that has made P&G one of the companies most intolerant to racism.
