Depends how much there is - a little blob - pick it off with your fingernail - a lot - carefully and probably let a professional do it!

T Cut may soften it enough to polish it off but don't leave the T Cut on the car to long - it will disclour the paint if left in contact for to long

you can buy superglue remover... only a couple of quid, it liquifies the glue but be careful not to leave it on too long as it's solvent and will get into your paint. Bad if your car is metallic but not too much of an issue if its flat paint or an old knacker...

Leave it for 24 hours and you will be able to flick it off with a scalpel or small knife. Be careful of the paint!
