Although I used to faint now I laugh at needles, not long enough not thick enough!
I have to have regular blood tests and I asked a new phlebotomist once if it was me or her that was nervous! She said it was her, I said, "Oh really why?"
She said, "This is my first day out of training you are my first, I am afraid I might hurt you!" only a year earlier I would have immediately passed out instead of during the test, but instead I laughed, smiled and said don't worry I can see you know exactly what you are doing, I won't feel anything, trust me and we'll get through this together!"
She was soon laughing and I had to help her get serious again so that she could steady her hand to give me the needle!
The trick to tackling fear is to drive the mind with the opposite emotions of the fear it feels! When I have to have a blood test I immediately flood my mind with thoughts of yippee I'm looking forward to this instead of "Oh my God no, a BLOOD TEST!!!!!"
Get the fear out in the open, and make a joke of the fear since fear and humour cannot exist side by side! In fact she was excellent and I didn't feel a thing past the tiniest press of the needle!
But I did have a black coffee soon after, well she must have taken nearly a full finger full of my blood! lol

I used to buy these pills called 357 magnum and they were pure caffeine but I quit taking them because when it wore off you felt even more tired. I am a caffeine junkie and I don't know what I would do if they took that off the market! LoL!

Just one cup of coffee a day and the rest of the time water, trying not to drink coffee as much as I did these days.

I use a cup these days, since my last veins collapsed after years of caffeine abuse.
