an example is current president of the Republic of The Philippines, Gloria Arroyo. Her Husband, Miguel is First Gentleman Miguel Arroyo.

probably but just think if hilirary clinton wins the elections it will be mr. president and mrs. president!lol!or maybe not first gentleman would not really work though?so probably first man!
