There is no good way to stop it. Once your email hits the lists, your done for! You can avoid this tho. I use 2 seperate email accounts. One for personal friends and family, this is my outlook which is provided by my ISP, the other is web based which I use for internet activities. This way the spam never gets to my PC. I just lettem spam the H outta Yahoo!

change the spam settings as HIGH so it will go straight to the spam folder. You can also choose to receive only emails from people on your list to avoid unwanted emails

before everything - do no longer supply away your e mail handle - by no potential respond to unusual e mail asking you to respond to cancel their facilities Secondly, choose for an ISP who's have been given a direct mail clear out on their server (loss of this replaced into between the main motives for me to go away ClaraNet) Thirdly - set up direct mail filtering utility, like Norton information superhighway protection.
