Can you think of anything I can study?

Hi Helen

I think that obsessive compulsory personality disorder (OCD) might be interesting. Certainly there a plenty of research papers that have addressed this complex subject.

Best wishes, J

Hi Helen, in this day and age Social Phobia is very much on the increase especially in our inner cities, however this condition does not seem to get the same amount of media attention of some of the other disorders. I for one would like to see more studies about this terrible complaint. Good luck with your project.

Why not try to understand the workings of a first class cad (Cadius Bounderous Latin term) like myself.I was born at an early age, and soon grew to be this rakish good looking charmer, that I am today.Women adore me and other men want to be me,it can be a burden a times you know. All the best with the studies.

thanks for the kisses :D and about that... physical contact (the want or not wanting of it) would be a good one to study. i used to live in Lebanon and have found that people in England are less physical with each other in both same sex and opposite sex friends. you might wonder what it has to do with personality i believe the desire for physical contact is a personality trait even though my Professor didn't i still got an A for the paper. hope this helps

Hello Helen,

(ANS) YES! I can think of a very real subject that might be of interest for you. The subject is "contact" meaning, how many people do you meet in your daily life that you feel met by? feel that the quality of your contact & your interaction with that other person is really good.

OK! I'm talking about how people "click" with each other, find & form a close quality of emotional contact, I guess perhaps I'm talking about intimacy too.

**Why? are there so many of us that dont feel "met", that the quality of contact with other people is so superficial, so limited, so fleeting time wise, etc, etc.

**Why? is so much contact emotionally unrewarding, unforfilling, so self centred, so selfish??

**Why? do people give so little time to friendship, to caring for each other. Why? has this lost its importance or priority in peoples lives?

These are the kinds of questions I find myself asking & being interested in.

Dont know if that's of any interest for you?

Best Regards IR

motivation...I think it would be interesting to see the motivation levels across a lifespan.
What motivates and to what degree someone who is young vs someone that is older.
