i know most guys dont care about a girl's nails, but do you think they notice or prefer french manicures more? i was just wondering becuase i've actually gotten complements and comments when ive had a french manicure

Guys don't seem to notice the details. They wont say, "Those nails are pretty" or "What a fabulous lipgloss". They say "you look nice" or maybe (if you are lucky) "Woo baby you are hot!"
Its the overall look that get them, not the details.

Most guys I have known never even notice a women's nails unless they are those 2 or 3 inch long dragon lady nails. (Everyone notices those!) I think that what ever makes you feel good about yourself is the way to go. When you feel better about the way you look, you will automatically look better by the way you carry yourself. I prefer french manicure, only because I personally think it looks really nice and neat without being over the top.

Hi Marisa, Contrary to J-Rod on the Radio. Before any man can get to the french kiss he will take notice how a woman cares for herself. I for one notice the details a woman makes to keep her appearance looking groomed. Nails, hair, makeup ( I prefer minimal makeup), and personal hygiene all are factors in being well groomed. As far as french maincures over other nail styles, the french manicure has a distinctive and classic look. I like it.
