Because unlike his libidinous predecessor, President Bush has committed neither high crime nor misdemeanor, which is the Constitutional standard for impeachment. As much as it pains the left, "We don't like him" is not an impeachable offense.

In order to be impeached an inllegal activity has to occur. Like an abuse of powers or what not. Hate to say it but Bush has not gone outside of the powers given to him by the constitution. You could do a federal recall but the process would take way longer than the remaining two years of his term.

Sigh. For the umpteeth time, you can't impeach anyone in the government including the president unless he commits high crimes or misdemeanors. And besides, you have to have control of 2/3rds of the Senate to convict him.
It would fail just like it did when Clinton got off because the Dems voted in lock step unison to keep their man in power irregardless of his actions in the White House and lying to everyone, including a grand jury (perjury).

I think there should be an impeachment trial. Just to show you idiots just how stupid you are when Bush goes free because he didn't do anything illegal.

Maybe then you guys would just shut the heck up.

Because politicians are more concerned about their careers than whats good for America.
Bush should be impeached, and why he has not shows the criminality of our entire Government.
