because I have a great legal mind the answer is b; run for the hills...here is why....how do you accidentally kill someone?. likely a hunting accident...you state it looks like murder and certain you go to jail. murder is a long time in jail. since it involved hunting you are probably an outdoors-man and can live off the land..........the correct answer here is run. what is the down side? if you get caught you get an extra year added to your sentence of life without parole.

nicely, I wasn't going to respond to this question because of the fact i do no longer know of any on line help communities, yet I observed most of the different rude replies and wanted to function some thing. i do no longer know how before this occurred on your buddy, yet i'd anticipate a trauma like that would reason positioned up annoying stress illness, which I truthfully have suffered with myself. I strongly propose which you propose your buddy to get some expert help. A counselor could have the flexibility to lead your buddy on the suited direction to help communities and regardless of else he desires. What a terrible ingredient to have ensue. Your buddy is fortunate to have a supportive buddy, he will truthfully prefer you, yet i can not stress adequate the value of finding a sturdy counselor.

I don't want to go to jail, so if I only had 1% chance of being found innocent, then I would run.

I would try and explain. If you ran off you'd always be looking over your shoulder, but if you face the music there's a very good chance they would see it as the accident it was.

If it was truly an accident then (b), since forensics/DNA etc. will bring out the truth. You just have to stick to your story.

Running for the hills would only make you look guiltier.

I'd run for the hills. Can you imagine being in the same cell with "Bubba"?
