when i had my little boy i didnt go to the gym or use some sort of vigourous excercise regime, all i did to firm my stomach up again was when i was walking my son in his pram when i came to kerbs, as i bumped his pram up the kerbs i tensed my abdomen, i did this every time i went up kerbs and my stomach was flat again with in a matter of a week. another method is breast feeding but if ya anything like i was ya may not want to do the breast feeding. hope ive helped a bit x

Breastfeeding really helps, because the hormones released help your womb to contract back down to it's normal size.
