If you are talking "The Hobbit", that project has been tabled, as New Line Cinema and Peter Jackson are still arguing about money.

Well i just bought a magazine and it does say that Peter Jackson who made lord of the rings is arguing with new line cinema and i think he is suing them for some reason but go on google and type in peter Jackson official website and there is some websites that tell you about it.
I hope he does bring it out oh and also if you type in the hobbit on imdb website it will come up 'the hobbit 2009' if you click on that it will say that has been announced.

It is not going to be Peter Jackson. The head of new line cinema said Peter Jackson is not going to make another film for them as long as he is there. I believe the project has been tabled for the time being or pushed back to 2009. The will have to find a director.

If its not PJ then I don't think that we should be expecting the same sort of standards as The lord of the rings trilogy!
