You need to install an antispyware program to find the cause of this problem, your system is infected with spywaree/adware/malware. You may be able to find some of these programs that are responsible for this problem by using your Control Panel/Add\Remove Programs feature. Uninstall anything that you are certain you did not install or that windows installed("BE CAREFUL"). Experts say that you should use several antispyware programs to find all the junk on you system that is causing these pop-ups and mostly likely your system to run slow or act funny. "Spyware Doctor" is a very useful software as well as Norton Internet Security. You can also prevent some of these pop-ups by telling Internet Explorer to block them. Open IE and click on Tools/Internet Options/Security/Custom Level, it's the bottom. Good luck, hope this helps

Just download Mozilla Firefox and download adblock plus (its free) this will stop most of the pop ups and Mozilla Firefox itself tries to block pop ups.
