getting a divorce and my husband wants to do a divorce online and give me 14,000 and we've been married almost 5 years and he has claimed me and my son for the past 5Yrs.he says he wants to do this easy.he says we have more debts than assets and we also bought a house together.what are my rights and does this seem fair.

no it doesn't. If you have a house sell it and split the profit. It doesn't matter if you work or not any divorce judge will tell you that. You may not have a job outside of the home but you sure do have a big one inside the house

Get legal aid for free, being a supporting parent you can get the right advice for free.......don't accept his offer until you have spoken to the legal aid lawyer and given them all the facts.....you may be cutting yourself short and in turn...your child........good luck with it....
