I agree that you should have the right to choose on all of these things. The anti abortionists will come back with their usual blah blah what about the child's rights??? Yeah, how many would want to be given away by their parents and left to rot in children's homes facing a life I wouldn't wish on anyone? There are enough unwanted kids in the world.
Circumcision - I don't think religion should be forced on anyone. Once someone is 16 they're old enough to make a decision themselves. Why should it follow that you should take your families religion?
Euthanasia - absolutely you should have a right to end your life if you're in pain etc. It's inhumane to let people suffer when modern medicine can do nothing to take away the pain.

You say, "Shouldn't the individuals concerned be allowed to make the choice for themselves?" In abortion, isn't the individual who is most affected the baby? After all, it is her life at stake. Shouldn't she have a choice in whether she lives or dies? By the time the average abortion is committed (at 10 weeks), the baby already has a beating heart (since 3 weeks) and recordable brain waves (since 6 weeks). She is fully formed, all her organs are functioning, and she can even suck her thumb. If her palm is pricked, she will open her mouth and pull her hand away. A women's body is NOT the only body involved in an abortion. This is not a matter of opinion, but a biological fact.

I agree with you about circumcision.
Euthanasia often involves family members or doctors killing patients without the consent of the patients themselves. Deliberately killing innocent human beings, whether by abortion or euthanasia, is always wrong. Suicide is another topic. It is self-murder and is wrong for that reason.

1. Women will always be able to choose to kill their babies, even when it's illegal. It's more a matter of whether or not these crazy 'doctors' should be allowed and paid to kill. Was it fair for Scott Peterson to be charged with double homicide for the murder of his pregnant wife, while women can pay 'doctors' to do it for them and then be called 'liberated' strong women standing up for feminism? No. Women are being sold out by the maniacal doctors with money on the mind, and racist kooks like Margaret Sanger.
2. Circumcision USED to be about cleanliness and health. If you know how to clean your penis, then you'll be fine. If you're not clean, then you're probably going to have a dirty infected penis. It is unnecessary to cut up your baby like that. Many people do it now for aesthetic reasons and I just can't believe these people...what's next, breast implants on babies as soon as they come out of the womb?
3. Euthanasia is different from abortion on so many levels. I think it really is up to the person who is ill. The only problem I see is that I wouldn't want that responsibility and guilt to be on the doctor assisting. Just like I wouldn't want the guilt and responsibility on the prison guards who take the lives of prisoners on death row. In the Terri Schiavo case, it was even more complicated because it was between different family members. Thats why I think everyone should have documentation along with their will about what they would want in that situation.
In any case, I think we put too much emphasis on personal liberties and that concern has usurped any regard for or value of human life which should be respected as the most important issue.

I think that you should have final say as to what happens to your body. There will always be people who disagree but these are usually people who are not in the situation themselves (so they have no point of reference) or the sort of people who try to push their beliefs on you at every given opportunity.
Well, here are my thoughts:
If a woman wants/needs to have an abortion then there should be a safe medical facility that provides this service. If not then there are always cheap, illegal, dangerous ways that it could be done. A woman's body is her own business, she should have some say as to what happens to it.
Quick painless euthanasia should be an option in extreme cases where people are incurable, suffering, in severe pain, brain dead or other such circumstances. I find it extremely hypocritical that in some societies someone accused of committing a crime can be euthanased yet an innocent person with no quality of life who has to live out the rest of their days in excruciating pain has no right to decide that they want to end their suffering.
Circumcision is nothing more than genital mutilation. Male circumcision should be as illigal as female circumcision. People say that it's just a piece of skin but there are more nerve endings, blood vessels and receptors in that little piece of skin than you would believe. The only reason it should be removed is if, later in life, there is a genuine medical reason that it has to be removed. Apart from that there is absolutely no reason why it shouldn't be left as is.

i think abortion should be decided by the mother and father. it takes 2 to make the child, seems unfair that the father has no say in the process.
circumcision, many say, is more healthy. it is easier to keep the area clean afterwards and some say it increases sexual benefits for couples later in life. although judaic-christian tradition plays some part in it in the US, this is declining since so many hispanics are coming into the US and choose not to have it performed. many believe that this will drive the rate of the surgery down dramatically over the next 20 years, plus many girls are into guys that are uncircumcised now days. i think it is a fad with them.
euthanasia is a moral issue. many people believe that the state should play no part in helping someone die and it is extremely wrong to do that. if a person wants to kill themself, suicide is an option. by why take the cowards way out and bring other people in it?

Personally i don't agree with abortion the baby can't decide it's not wanted.
Don't know about circumcision my boys are still intact
And i feel if when I'm older and I've had enough i should be allowed to die and not be kept alive because it's the best thing for me
We should all be allowed to have a choice In our lives as adults.

As a person who was adopted by a horrible family, I am all FOR abortion. There are way too many unwanted children in this world.
I've never thought about circumcision, what with me being a gay grrl, the male 'member' is not something that crosses my mind. But isn't it more about health and cleanliness?
I think euthanasia for humans should be legal. I watched my Grandma slowly waste away from cancer and it was horrible. She wanted to die, and I wish I could have ended her suffering.

Partial Birth Abortion should be outlawed, I think any late term abortions should be out lawed, that meaning if the child has a nervous system that's functioning, because that means they can feel pain, and being ripped apart limb bye limb is inhumane, circumcision is the parents right, it's like getting immunizations, because if it was up to me when i was a baby i wouldn't have gotten them. It's a parents right, do you know how bad it hurts to get circumcised? It's wrong to yes hurt a baby, but they don't remember it. And euthanasia, although you can't compare pets to humans, I see where you are coming from. I think that in extreme situations it should be legal, but I think people would abuse that, and there would be a lot of murders, that were blamed on euthanasia.
