The reticulated Python can become the largest, but it is rare that it is larger than an Anaconda. The reticulated usually runs in the 18 feet range, but can get up to the 33 foot length. All in all you will see larger Anacondas then the retics.

However, remember that you are taking advice from a guy who has gotten his a** cheeks pierced together. I know they strive to give totally accurate info on that show, but I wouldn't trust everything they said without checking it out.

The Anaconda is the heaviest snake in the world. The Longest snake in the world is the Reticulated python. There may be some individual anacondas who reach reticulated python lengths but for the most part the retics are considered the longest.

The longest snake on record is a reticulated python that was a little over 33 feet long. Not as heavy as an anaconda, but still longer.

anacondas get 30 odd metres ,there is one here right now ,with the Circus ,takes 30 people to carry it and is about as fat as a horse.

Boas and Pythons are smaller but they also can get big
here is a snake called an Mazacoah ,a Mexican type of Boa ,they can get 20 metres and moo like a cow ,they release a gas that makes animals drunk and they then can practically suck them up ,like a huge vacume cleaner
I have let several into the garden to eat the rats ,but they were only a 2 meters long,
these kind of serpants can get very old
like a crocodile,
