Hiya
I think its down to a few things.
Firstly you shouldnt look like you are trying hard even if you are. So with things like make up wear it but keep it looking fairly natural. You can play up one feature without looking too OTT. Either eyes or lips is probably best.
Guys dont like that caked on look.
I have many male friends and from talking to them ive learn a fair bit. Most guys seem to prefer hair down as it looks more girlie and therefore more sexy.
As for clothes - keep it simple. Nothing too outragous. Make sure your clothes are a good fit to show your figure but dont show too much skin - theres a rule where you should only show one thing, ie if you wear a skirt - dont wear a low cut top etc etc - guys actually prefer to wonder about whats underneath rather than actually see it all.
The most impostant is convidence if you feel convident about yourself then it will show and you will look more attractive to others.
Guys find convidence hot - but dont over too it to the extreme of 'i love myself' etc...

By not trying too hard. Trying to make yourself hot is desperate, the opposite of hot.

just be the same you are .your attitude is the thing which makes you different and hot.as for the clothes wear fitted top but not very tight one.don tie your hair.just try this may be it work.

self-confidence and you also need to try new ideas on your clothing, make-ups and accessories. And be more approachable but not in a slutty way!

well confidence and and simplicity are the keywords to become hot.your behaviour also accounts.only wearing minis wont't do.
