Here's something you must understand: you can never lose your kids. The marriage may fail and you may have to leave the family home, but your children will always be yours. If you're in a stable position, you can sue for custody. You'll need to hire an attorney to do so, however. If you don't sue for custody, you most certainly are entitled to visitation rights, for which the courts are very generous. Please, reconsider running away with the kids. They need to be in a stable environment. Don't frighten them by taking them away from the home (assuming that they live in a safe home).

Divorce is always sad, but sometimes the two people involved simply can't settle their differences and it's best for them to part. This doesn't mean you must give up your parental rights. You can still love your children, spend time with them, and watch them grow into productive adults. if your wife becomes difficult in this regard, rest assured that the courts will deal severly with her. Best wishes.

You need to be more specific. Are you the mom or dad? Did your lawyer state custody or visitation rights in the divorce decree? Grabbing the kids and running is no life for you or them, they need stability and whomever gets custody needs to maintain that. If you have done nothing wrong, you will not lose your kids, physical custody grants whom the child lives with, make sure you remain close and are part of their lives.

Whatever you do, don't run. If you do, you will never, ever get custody. Stay calm and rational. Your kids do not need to be "on the run". They need a stable life right now more than ever. If you are a good parent, stay and fight like crazy for them. If you run, you are not giving the court the image of a rational person. I hope the best for you and your children.

Go find a lawyer quick. Don't run with the kids, cause if you do you will lose them permanently, cause you'll be sitting in a prison cell for quite awhile. So don't do something so stupid as that.
fight for custody in court.

Get yourself a lawyer right away. Running away with the kids is called kidnapping and you might wind up in jail.

The first one who serves papers is the one who gets temporary custody until you get to court. So go find a lawyer, quick

If you were serious, you shouldn't broadcast it.
SA probably has extradition treaties with Spain.

Get a good lawyer, barrister supply him with money to "grease the skids" there. Change your avatar, 360 page - hide your name....

why wud u lose your kids? wat is there to stop you from getting joint custody? running away with them would be damaging to them and you are not being a good parent to them by stealing them away from their mother/father. as they grow up they would have alot of resentment towards u for taking them away, is it worth losing their love and respect for you? God guide you
