Here is what Wikipedia says about the subject:

The song was produced by Polow Da Don (who produced The Pussycat Dolls's "Buttons") with lyrics, (who helped on the writing of Usher's "Yeah!"). Fergie describes the song as being "kind of like a punch in the face to let people know I'm coming out.. I've been getting way too into myself nowadays and I just wanna have fun with as many men as I can possible." The song is a club track that lightly touches on personal lyrics about fame and celebrity ("It's like every time I get up on the dew/Paparazzi put my business in the news"). Primarily, Fergie uses the song to express that "every time" the unnamed person to whom she is singing "comes around," her "London London Bridge wanna go down like London London London." This refers to the meaning that is if her “London Bridge” is up then the boats can pass through. And quid pro quo if the bridge is down she is denying access to the boats. This specifically refers to theTower Bridge (located in London, England.) Every time a male that she does not find fit "comes around" (that is to say, approaches the vicinity of the bridge), she brings the bridge down, and denies him permission of getting in her pants.

Dont know if this helps

ok right this is my view on Fergie, Fergalicious, London bridge or maybe though she needs to be stated as. She starts off in a girl band which failed to do too nicely and thats this style of shame yet she come to a determination to suck it up and connect the Black Eyed Peas I do admit she helped provide them a mainstream credibility. however the reality that she made her own album I lower back admit that her first single grow to be ok I enjoyed it somewhat yet than her different singles the place in order that ridiculous. i can purely completely vomit when I pay attention them. Fergalicous, the video sucked and the music purely made me decide to puke. Now Glamorous, you recognize once you pay attention some thing so undesirable you purely won't be able to remark on it reason you sense like that's in basic terms a waste of time? nicely that what i've got self assurance approximately that music.

That's been asked here before, many times. When you typed your question, did you ignore all those blue questions that popped up underneath? Do it again, but this time click on one.

What was established is that no one knows and the song is really bad.
