Im the kind of person who usually ends up with totally stupoid boyfriends!
& now im into this boy who is always calling me babes & is really nice & funny! But my friend asked him if he liked me n he said he didnt. then i spoke to him & he said he did. but if he does why isnt he making a move to ask me out??
im so confussed i really need advice

maybe hes shy and doesnt want to tell anybody he likes you or he feels that maybe you dont like him as much as you say you do so he feels if he asks you out and you turn him down hes gonna look stupid, and maybe he has a reputation to worry about. dont worry i think he likes you =D good luck xxx

Hey if you had the courage to ask him if he liked you, why didn't you ask him out? If this boy is as nice as you say, he'll be honest with you and who knows he may be feeling the same way but just too embarrassed to tell your friends, in case they take the mic! What is there to lose? Go for it, if he says no it's his loss and you'll get over it, no biggy. Good luck!

First of all, he sounds YOUNG! I thought only young high school guys deny they like a girl to their friends and act as though the like the gril when they are in their face....lol...but seriously! I would just come right out and ask him if he likes you or not. And if he says yes, then ask him in what way? B/c he can like you as a FRIEND but not a GIRLFRIEND....na'mean? No need to walk around confused about this dude, just talk to him! And far as him not asking you out already if he likes you, he coul dbe shy or just LAME...lol. Good Luck!

I had this happen before and turns out he really was sayin to them he didnt like me. However somethings there or he wouldnt be tellin you he did. He might not be ready for a relationship or he may be embarrassed at something you did to admit it to others. In my situation I quit talkin to him completely......this was over the summer and now he is at my feet tellin me he loves me and wants to be with me and i aint seen him since summer.........so thats what i would do is just back off for a while then youll know!!

Well if he is immature it would be hard to get him to ask you out . If he told your friends he doesn't like you then he most likely is a straight up wanna be player . He enjoys attention not commitment . GOOD LUCK ! Don't get played stay away until he can be a man .

Why is it that he has to ask? Why do you not ask...? Oh, I get it - you are a 'girl' it would be really shameful I guess for a 'girl' to make the first move.

He is probably just shy and got embarrassed when your friend asked him he might think you are going to reject him. Drop subtle hints that you ARE interested and if he doesnt make a move then I think if you really like him you need to
