It is quite normal to have watery discharge froe nipples during menses.

If you are NOT pregnant, hormones in your body could cause some minor leakage, usually these hormones peak right before your period. Major leakage is a problem if your not pregnant, so check with your doctor. If you ARE pregnant, then its most likely colostrum, a thin, slightly discolored fluid that your breasts fill with throughout the pregnancy. This type of discharge (colostrum) is normal and is the "pre-milk" that your breasts will eventually hold.

Your question isn't very clear but I gather something about drops of water-like liquid coming from your breasts. Sounds like sweat to me, and if you're pregnant its likely breastmilk.

it's milk and it's nornal! You don't have to be pregnant. It's due to chronic stimulation of the breasts.

You're probably pregnant and leaking breast milk.

it's normal as it's a sweat only.
